Most products are manufactured according to customer specifications and order requirements.

3. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after acceptance by Zookies and receipt of any required advance payment.
  • Production begins only after approval of artwork, designs, sizes, specifications, and any other required details.
  • Once production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • GST and other applicable taxes may be charged separately where required by law.
  • Shipping, handling, packaging, and customization charges may be additional unless specifically included in the quotation.

5. Payments

Customers agree to make payments according to the agreed payment terms.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Delay in production
  • Delay in shipment
  • Suspension or cancellation of the order

Payments are processed through secure payment methods offered by Zookies or its authorized payment partners.

6. Customization Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Colours
  • Sizes
  • Text
  • Product specifications
  • Mock-ups

Once approval has been provided, Zookies shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

7. Manufacturing Variations

Due to the nature of textile manufacturing:

  • Slight colour differences may occur because of fabric dyeing and screen settings.
  • Minor measurement variations within accepted manufacturing tolerances may occur.
  • Fabric texture and printing placement may vary slightly between production batches.

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith.

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Production timelines
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs procedures (for international orders)
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
